In our six-months mentoring scheme we match you with a mentor who has a minimum of three years experience in the career or business area you desire to get into.

Mentoring is free for anyone under the age of 18.

alternative skills academy

Formal education isn’t enough so it’s time to enrol into the Alternative Skills Academy.

Academies range from 1 day to 6-weeks and are led by industry experts (SLLY mentors).

Our insight events range from the SLLY Community Breakfast - an intimate monthly breakfast event with two SLLY mentors sharing their insights - to our big themed events with interactive sessions, a panel of black leaders  -often held at incredible businesses like Facebook.
